What is eMenu and what is included in the offer?
eMenu is a sales and advertsing platform, partnered with the best venues to drive sales. The solution can be taken in parts and bolted on to your existing setup, making it easy to adopt. Software fees are covered by our drink brands for the following products assuming conditions are met (more info in FAQ section):

What is included free of charge?
You get the software free when:
You actively use the system (see below)
You allow sales data to be analysed (kept private and only shared with brand partners)
You allow advertising on your menus (e.g. Guinness promotions)
What if I do not want ads or data sharing?
You still get a 50% discount on standard pricing
You only pay £49 per month, and only in months where:
You opt out of advertising or data sharing
Or you do not meet the minimum usage
What counts as an ‘active’ venue?
This is a low bar, ½ a day a month of usage usually meets this requirement:
Digital Menu – 50+ unique views per month
POS or Order & Pay – 50+ customer orders per month
What optional extras are available?
All add-ons are 50% off RRP for Diageo One venues:
Full Support – £39/month (all features, allergens, 12 menu updates per year)
Allergens – £10/month
Menu Updates – You can update menus free of charge, eMenu can do this for you free once per year, £70 per extra update if you would like eMenu to do this
POS Integration – Free with eMenu POS / variable cost to integrate with your current POS depending on brand
Hardware: Use existing hardware or request additional hardware
Is setup difficult?
No – setup is done remotely for you, free of charge

What are the technical requirements?
Stable broadband (10Mbps or more)
Phone or tablet to receive orders, or POS integration
