How we increased average spend per head by 100% at the Royal Victoria & Bull Hotel!

We've had the pleasure of being set up with one of our new clients, South Coast Inns LTD's the Royal Victoria & Bull Hotel in Dartford, for just over a month now... and the results they're seeing from their EMenu speak for themselves! 👇

📈 AVERAGE ORDER VALUES - Within 1 month the RVB team have seen a 100% increase in average order values! This is largely thanks to automatic up-selling and suggested pairings, as well as customer behaviour generally reflecting an increase in order values when using and online order & pay system.

💷 TIPS - The team have also seen a steady increase in tips, growing from virtually nothing to over 6% of their first month's revenue through the system! This is not only due to the streamlined service that customers are receiving, but also due to our automatic tip suggestion feature being activated, leading to a much higher number of tips being left.

🔒 SAVINGS - As well as saving on big physical outgoings like constant paper menu re-printing, the RVB have also been able to operate their massive venue at capacity without having to bring on a host of new staff, as EMenu takes care of all of the ordering process for them! Plus, as well as saving on the bills, this of course means that staff are left to focus on nurturing that all important customer experience.
